The hire rates quoted apply to hirers aged 25 years and over. For drivers aged 21 to 24 a £5 per day insurance charge applies.

Vehicle Hirer's Responsibilities
- Operator's licences are the hirer’s responsibility.
- Goods In trade must not be carried unless the hirer has a goods vehicle operating licence. If stopped by the ministry both load and vehicle are confiscated if no operators licence and NOT returned.
- Hirers of 7.5T vehicles must produce a copy of their operator's licence unless the hire is for an individual house move.
- Daily checks by the hirer should include tyre pressure, oil and water levels, lights and indicator functioning.
- Any problems should be reported to us immediately.
- Hirers are responsible for all traffic violations.
