Important Vehicle Hirer Information

• The rates quoted include VAT, insurance and unlimited mileage within the UK. Insurance excesses may apply subject to vehicle group and driving licence status.
• Fuel is not included in the rates. Vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel. If not returned full, a 15% service charge is applied for filling the vehicle.
• The hire rates quoted apply to hirers aged 25 years and over. For drivers aged 21 to 24 a £5 per day insurance charge applies.
• Travel to European Countries is permitted. Please phone for a specific quotation.

Vehicle Hirer's Responsibilities

• Operator's licences are the hirer’s responsibility.
• Goods In trade must not be carried unless the hirer has a goods vehicle operating licence. If stopped by the ministry both load and vehicle are confiscated if no operators licence and NOT returned.
• Hirers of 7.5T vehicles must produce a copy of their operator's licence unless the hire is for an individual house move.
• Daily checks by the hirer should include tyre pressure, oil and water levels, lights and indicator functioning.
• Any problems should be reported to us immediately.
• Hirers are responsible for all traffic violations.
