Allied Self Drive Hire offers a delivery service to our vehicle hire customers. There are several reasons why our hire customers value our vehicle delivery service:-
- Convenience – you may prefer to have a vehicle delivered to your home to avoid the hassle of having to take a taxi to our hire office, or arrange for someone to bring you here.
- Vehicle Broken Down – your car may have broken down, leaving you stranded and unable to reach our hire office.
- Cost – Having your hire car delivered to your office can often be cheaper than taking a taxi from work or having a colleague drive you. It is also a far better use of your working time.
Hire Car / Van / Minibus / People Carrier Delivery Service - Investment
Most car hire companies are not structured to offer a hire vehicle delivery service. Investment in staff and a delivery truck is required to provide a vehicle delivery service and we have done so.
Allied Self Drive Hire has a 7.5T Mercedes slide bed recovery truck. The truck is capable of delivering 2 vehicles at a time. We invested in it for the sole purpose of delivering and collecting our rental vehicles. We can deliver two hire cars or a hire car and a hire van within a 25 mile radius of our Brentwood office.

Satellite Navigation & Sack Barrows For Hire
At Allied Self Drive Hire we have recently made available to our vehicle hire customers Sat Nav and or Sack Barrows. We have responded to popular requests from our customers in offering this equipment to complement the vehicle hire service. Sack Barrows or Tom Toms are available for hire at a hire rate of £5 each per day.
Please book these items in advance to ensure that they are available for you on the day you require them.
