4. When I return my hire vehicle can you book me a local taxi?
A. Yes, we have a number of reliable taxi numbers.

5. What customer facilities do you have?
A. We have a well appointed, air conditioned reception area and a chilled water dispenser.

6. Can I drop the hire vehicle off out of hours?
A. Yes. You may leave the hire vehicle in our CCTV monitored drop off area and deposit the keys in the night safe.

7. Can I collect my hire vehicle the night before?
A. Yes you can. This is subject to the hire vehicle being available and a £10 overnight charge.

8. What are your requirements to rent a car?
A. In simple terms:

  • Hirer must be over 21 years old but all rates quoted on this site are for drivers over 25.
  • Holder of a full UK recognised driving licence for minimum 2 years.
  • Be able to produce a utility bill or bank statement for the home address.
  • Hold a debit or credit card.

9. Can I pay cash for my hire car?
A. Yes, but a £250 cash deposit must be left with us and is refunded when the hire vehicle is returned.

10. If I'm under 25 years old, do I need to pay an under-age fee? How much is it?
A. Yes, for a hirer under 25, it is £5 per day.

11. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. You can pay cash, credit card (Visa or Master Card) or debit card (Visa Electron).Unfortunately we cannot accept American Express.

12. Can I use another person’s credit card for hiring a vehicle?
A. Yes, but the card holder must present themselves with proper ID to sign the hire contract.

13. How are vehicle hire agreements priced?
A. Our hire periods are based on a 24 hours, from 8.00 a.m. and are priced daily, weekly and monthly, at an all inclusive price. For example, if a hire vehicle is collected at 10.00a.m. it must still be returned by 8.00 a.m. the following day.

14. What happens if I reserve with weekly hire rates rather than daily hire rates and I return the car earlier?
A. It is always better to stick with the hire dates and time period you have reserved. You will be penalized for returning the hire vehicle early. We recalculate your rate based on current daily rates, which may be much higher than when you reserved.

15. If I hire a vehicle by the month can I get a good price?
A. Yes, you can. We offer very affordable hire rates for short term & long term period hire.

16. What if I need to cancel my reservation?
A. We must be notified at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time in order to avoid being charged up to one day's vehicle hire fee.
